All orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeframes

Due to international trade agreements, customs procedures, and other shipping factors, we aim to deliver your packages within 3–14 days from dispatch. However, delays can occur and in some cases may extend up to 30 days, particularly during peak holiday seasons, high demand periods, or unforeseen global shipping disruptions.
